Adam started as a real estate investor in Florida who created a genius solution, Smarter Contact. He saw the high value of using SMS to communicate with homeowners to acquire off-market investment properties. Adam partnered with Kannon to head all sales for Smarter Contact, founded in 2019. When Kannon began the project in 2022, the monthly revenue was $287,000.00 with around 300 unique clients.

Partnered with founder Adam Nasir and Josh Sanchez to lead all sales for Smarter Contact, a real estate investor Saas platform specializing in SMS marketing.
Grew monthly recurring revenue from $287K (2022) to $857K (2024), $1.5M (2025), reaching $15M+ annual revenue.
Expanded client base from -300 to 1500+ active real estate investor clients.
Achieved back-to-back revenue growth of 156% and 158% YoY stepped down in August 2025 already at 100% 2025 goal attainability.

Scaled Smarter Contact into a market leader for real estate investor communication technology.
Closed enterprise-level accounts while serving as the company’s sole sales rep. Built a team of apt setters, discovery callers, and funneled them to myself as the solo closer the first two years, trained the customer success and support teams to also close deals (7 team members).
Under my leadership our sales team hit countless records and milestones across the first two years, achieving 156% and 158% revenue growth YoY with client growth of over 200%. Kannon’s main role was contracting Software clients who are real estate investors seeking to use our technology for acquisitions of distressed properties. As of 11/11/2024, the monthly recurring revenue was $857,000.00 across 700+ real estate investment clients reaching a milestone of $10,000,000.00/yearly revenue from less than $3,500,00.00 per annuum on average prior to partnering. We took flight with this software company servicing real estate investors.
