College Years
Built and managed a portfolio of residential single-family homes and student rentals, mastering property management, tenant relations, and investment analysis.
Real Estate Agent
Served as a licensed real estate agent and apartment and home locating specialist in the competitive Dallas-Fort Worth market, honing negotiation skills and client advocacy.
Current - Idaho
Now a licensed REALTOR® and real estate advisor in Idaho for several years, specializing in relocation services, new construction guidance, and strategic home sales throughout the Treasure Valley.
