Client: Eric Bodiwala and Jorge Abreu, DFW Fast Home Buyers/JNT Construction 2016
Kannon worked with the founders, Eric Bodiwala and Jorge Abreu to acquire distressed off-market properties across Dallas-Fort Worth. Eric and Jorge managed a staff of around twenty employees at the time, mostly project managers and construction subs. With funds from success closing wholesale deals on the homes we didn’t flip to sell, Eric and Jorge were able to establish Elevate Commercial Investment Group.
Elevate Commercial Investment Group, headquartered in Dallas, is a multifamily investment firm managing assets worth more than $500 million. Our primary objective is to ensure capital preservation while delivering robust and risk-adjusted returns to our investors. Managing over 5227 units across seven states, to say their company growth has been a success is a major understatement. This company is the definition of a lean mean scaling machine, it’s incredible to see the level of success these partners have reached in less than ten years.
