Need: Hands on management of their residentially zoned portfolio of eight single family homes with the intent to grow to forty across ten years.
Karen and Steve are well established Dallas residents with a portfolio of homes in Denton, Texas. They hired me to manage their properties including activities such as rent collection, tenant screening, filling and leasing vacancies, and contracting maintenance. Once the relationship was matured, they requested to grow their portfolio to forty homes, they are still working on that goal but are not far from achieving it. Their portfolio of rental properties appreciated immensely from the average home value they owned being $224,000 to $399,900 across ten years. A major success for this investment couple.
