Client: Self project: 2022
Kannon Callis purchased a single-family home in 2022 and flipped it with his own funds. The home quickly became the nicest property in the subdivision near the Cowboys stadium in Arlington, Texas. After he finished the work, he liked the house so much he moved in. Ultimately selling the house in 2024, after relocating to Idaho in 2023.
