Need: Kannon was brought into leasing management at the property which was brand new in its first year of opening and operating. This was a major hot spot to live in for college students and UNT faculty. Known for the townhome, and stand-alone structure living, the pool parties, and the fun tenants who chose to live there, this property was 97-99% leased during the two years we partnered. We installed new tech systems to manage revenue flow and rental collection, requests for maintenance, and we created a roommate matching program for the tenants. The property was valued between $12,915,000.00 and $$21,987,000.00 when I was working there, now worth $31,000,000.00. A major jump in appreciated value as the years pass.
