Kannon Real Estate partnered with Chis to take over management of her single-family residence from 208 Property management after they managed her home for four years. Chris’s property value was directly affected by the lack of care and attention to detail the prior management company offered. Chris elected to work together to manage her home while she relocated to California to be with family.
Her home is in great hands now. Chris purchased the home in 2016 and in the first seven years the value has appreciated 200%. Being one of the first subdivisions strategically on the west side of Boise in Nampa/Caldwell, this home is ideally positioned for growth. The farmland surrounding this subdivision has been sold, subdivided, and now higher value homes are built surrounding this property. In addition to homes built nearby, the infrastructure and area is now booming with new developments ranging from Costco to restaurants. This property is now far from a house in the middle of nowhere but a valuable positive cash flowing rental income property which has doubled in value and may triple shortly.
